Fee reduction for CYM 2026 Annual Gathering

In 2026, CYM will offer fee reductions to support participants at the Annual Gathering (CYM In Session) in July. To ensure equity and fairness for all applicants, please follow the application guidelines and deadlines. 

Please note: Applications submitted after the deadline of May 15 2026 will not be considered. There is limited funding available, which varies from year to year. The fee reduction amounts are per person, and they will come off the registration fee, accommodation and meals. Someone will contact you by email to let you know whether the fee reduction will be applied.

Donations

Cost to attend the gathering

The $225 registration fee only covers a portion of the costs for staging the Gathering. Costs include speakers, tech support, insurance, financial assistance for Friends’ participation, required positions, and some staff time. These costs have been historically subsidized. For this blended Gathering, we estimate the total cost per person to be $1,177.

Any donations towards the running of this event are gratefully appreciated.

We encourage you to discern and contribute what you can. At year-end, you’ll receive a charitable donation tax receipt for your contribution.
