The registration fee for Online CYM2022 is $50 per person, with participation in the Children and Youth Programming (ages 0-18) being free.
CYM is undertaking a shift in structure and working to be more transparent about the complete costs of programming. There are considerable costs to support the Yearly Meeting in Session, which are subsidized by the general fund. We estimate the full historical costs to be over $540 per person. We appreciate and are very grateful for any additional donations towards the CYM subsidy for this event. We recognize that this is likely to be a multi-year transition, but feel it is important to let Friends know what the costs are.
Suggested donations:
- 15% of cost $75
- 25% of cost $125
- 50% of cost $250
- 75% of cost $370
New this year we are using an integrated event ticketing and donations form (from CanadaHelps). We expect that this will greatly simplify the CYM Office administration of payments, while simultaneously reducing the cost of processing. This is the preferred way to make your payment. CanadaHelps payments may be made using a credit card or PayPal. Donations through CanadaHelps made in this way will receive an immediate charitable tax receipt (issued by CanadaHelps on behalf of Canadian Yearly Meeting).
Please scroll down below the CanadaHelps form for other payment methods.
