Canadian Yearly Meeting is affiliated with several transnational Quaker groups:
- Friends General Conference – the main association in North America for liberal Quaker meetings
- Friends United Meeting – a wordwide association of “Christ-centred” Quaker meetings, founded by American Orthodox Quakers
- Friends World Committee for Consultation – Section of the Americas – the Americas section of an organization that links Quakers worldwide and across different Quaker branches (liberal, evangelical, conservative, etc.)
